      Second Meeting of IAEC/CPCSEA 2020 A meeting of IAEC of ICAR-NRC on Mithun was held on 07/10/2020 (Wednesday) at 3 pm via video conferencing (zoom). All the newly approved IRC Projects were presented and discussed by PIs during the meeting for IAEC clearance.     150th Birth Anniversary Celebration of Mahatma Gandhi Ji Today (01.10.2020) at ICAR-National Research Centre on Mithun, Swachhta Pledge-taking Programme and a Written Quiz Competition on the topic titled ‘Gandhiji’s Autobiography and Indian Freedom Struggle’ were held. The pledge was taken by all the staff members in the presence of Director (A) Dr. Nazrul Haque. The quiz competition was coordinated by Dr. Vivek Joshi, Scientist, Animal Health.

  IAEC Meeting 2020 Annual IAEC meeting of ICAR-NRC on Mithun was held on 22.08.2020 at 10:30 am via video conferencing . All the projects submitted to IAEC for approval were reviewed in the presence of external CPCSEA nominees and internal IAEC members. The meeting was attended by Dr. Nazrul Haque, Dr. Gunjan Das, Dr. P. Chattopadhyay, Mr. L. Biswajeet Meitei, Dr. M. H. Khan, Dr. J. K. Chamuah, Dr. Kobu Khate and coordinated by Dr. Vivek Joshi.

ICAR-NRC on Mithun celebrating Independence Day ICAR- NRC on Mithun, Nagaland has celebrated 74th Independence Day on 15th August. In the morning, honourable Director, Dr. Abhijit Mitra has unfurled the tricolor with the singing of National anthem with active participation of all scientific and administrative staff of the Institute
