ICAR-NRC on Mithun Celebrates Vigilance Awareness Week-2020
The weeklong celebration of the Observance of Vigilance Awareness Week-2020 under the Vigilance Cell of the Institute at ICAR-NRC on Mithun ended on the 2nd November, 2020. This year's main focus of the Vigilance Awareness Week was “SATARK BHARAT, SAMRIDH BHARAT (Vigilant India, Prosperous India)”. The observance of the Vigilance Awareness Week commenced with the undertaking of the Integrity Pledge by all the officials and staff of the Institute on the 27th October 2020. As part of the celebrations, the Institute had organized several competitions viz. essay writing, painting and quiz competition for the staff of the Institute. The topic for all competitions was focused on the theme of the Vigilance Awareness Week Celebration. The topic of the essay competition was on the “Role of a citizen in achieving a vigilant and prosperous India”. The painting competition was based on the theme and the quiz competition was on the various spheres pertaining to the Central Vigilance Commission. Prizes to the winners were distributed on the valedictory programme on the 2nd of November, 2020 which ended with the singing of the National Anthem.
