Purchase & stores

The purchase & stores section deals with procurement of all kinds of stores required for research and other activities of the Institute with due observance of codal norms. The Stores Wing is implementing MIS-FMS by processing Indents for stores and placing Purchase Orders through FMS-MIS. Bills for various expenditure duly sanctioned by the Competent Authority are created by DDO Cell and verified and passed by the Accounts Cell through MIS-FMS. Institute has also started procurement through Government e-Marketing (GeM) and e-Tendering process.
